Kino MacGregor is perhaps the youngest woman out of select few to receive the certificiation to teach Ashtanga Yoga by its founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. She was teaching in Calgary where Jen and I got a chance to study with her. She has one of the strongest practices we have every seen and the workshop brought us both into a completely new level of awareness of the Bandhas. We were fully energized for days!
