After Erin Urton returned from her time in Squamish, where she spent time teaching with two of our dear friends and yoginis, she was filled with inspiration and creativity. Erin was excited for The Yoga Lounge to have its own blog. Our friends in Squamish, Sarah and Lydia are an endless source of stories, poetry, knowledge and secret tips that they are always excited to reveal. From this inspiration we felt motivated to share a little more. We, at The Lounge, love hearing about people's travels, adventures, new ideas, connections and seemingly magical gateways that they have sought out or serendipitiously discovered.
